Hatha yoga is a practice that begins with deep, introspective, and calmness that gently evolves into an energizing and uplifting practice that sets you on your way for the rest of your day.
I will gently guide you through a series of specifically designed postures that will help you move and flow with ease. Emphasising on creating space and connection with the whole body.
Mindfully creating a balanced combination of both yin and yang asanas. Working with the breath and bringing awareness and attention to the mind, body and heart.
A series of asanas that would help strengthen, encourage without judging your own personal practice but also forming a connection with oneself on and off the mat.
